The property has a long history, dating back to the 1890’s, as a banana, coconut and vanilla plantation.

The establishment comprises of two villas. The villas are an example of traditional Seychellois Architecture. The villa has 2 floors. The ground floor has one large bedroom, one bathroom, living room, kitchen and veranda. The first floor is a studio style with a large bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. The villa can sleep a maximum of 5 adults and a child.

The villa is fully furnished, colonial style and bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The villa is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, T.V, Telephone, Wifi internet access, daily maid and safe deposit box.
