Although this villa is in the heart of Hydra, it is situated to give privacy and to leave you undisturbed by the bustle of village life. Built just 10 yards from the sea there are panoramic views across the Saronic gulf to the mainland. A breathtaking view interrupted only by the dotting of islands. The roof garden takes advantage of this vista and is, well, huge. (140 sq m) It has often accommodated up to 150 guests celebrating weddings and birthdays. It gives place to unwind and feel pampered just by size of your private terrace.

You can swim right next to the house as the sea is 10 yards away or laze away the days by watching the fish swimming in Hydra's crystal waters. The accommodation consists of two floors each one with a separate entrance that can be used as separate studios. Each floor is over 80sq metres and the veranda and roof garden cover a space of over 140sq metres.

GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor can accommodate 4-5 people, has 2 double rooms with 2 luxurious bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor can accommodate up to 4 people and consists of a double room and a large living room with two single beds and a full kitchen, luxury bathroom and a grand veranda.

Both floors are fully air-conditioned and centrally heated and have a panoramic view from Athens to Spetses and both floors have access to the large roof garden

The villa is available year round. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, DVD-video and a CD player, and plenty of books in various languages as well as games for you to enjoy. The kitchens are very well equipped with all modern conveniences and can be used to prepare and serve all kinds of meals even for large parties if you wish to entertain others in your residence. There is also a phone line that you can use for free local calls and incoming calls.

At your arrival at the island you will be met by our housekeeper who will escort you to the villa with donkeys to carry your luggage if you wish, (About 15 euros a donkey). The house-keeper will come to the house on a weekly basis to change linen for you.
