This villa is a newly refurbished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday villa. The master bedroom, living room, and dining room all open out onto a very spacious verandah which flows to the pool deck. This is where you will spend most of your time, sunning on the deck, swimming in the pool, and dining outside, enjoying the poolside barbecue. The house makes the most of the cooling tradewinds. It is naturally elevated from the road, thereby securing a lot of privacy. The master bedroom has huge glass doors which provide nice views out to the pool and the sea.

We did most of our grocery shopping in Duncans and at the grocery store near Half Moon but were so grateful Villa Mart was there for purchase of items during the Easter holiday when all the other stores were closed. Also, it was a great place to purchase cookbooks, towels and soda while we were at the beach. The Villa Mart is vital to a great stay at Silver Sands.

Everything was perfect! This is a great family vacation that I would recommend to friends and other family members. Can’t wait to go back.
