This traditional finca is set in the hills overlooking San Miguel and over recent years been fully renovated, modernized and extended with a [salt water] pool area of 500m2. Lovely country and sea views with splendid sunsets. Located on a property of 85.000m2, with ancient walled rural terraces going up through the forest all the way to the top, from where you have stunning panoramic views. The living space in the house is 500m2.

Prices include bed linen, towels, pool towels, pool maintenance (2/3 x per week), indoor cleaning twice a week (1 x 2 hrs mid weeks, 1 x 4 hrs weekends), garden maintenance (5 hrs Wednesday mornings).

The finca is very private and quiet and is within walking distance from the village with shops and a regular bus connection to Ibiza. The famous Playa Benirras is 10 min by car; Ibiza or St Eulalia both 15 min. and the airport is 20 min by car. Trendy restaurants in Santa Gertrudis and along the road to Sant Joan are also just 10 min. away.
