The property offers a large modern kitchen/breakfast room with fridge/freezer, double oven and 5 ring ceramic hob. There is ample dining for 8 plus settee providing extra informal seating area plus utility room and downstairs cloakroom. A lovely light living room with original cast iron fireplace, comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV with free view and DVD player.

To the first floor there is a welcoming large double bedroom with flat screen tv with free view and window overlooking Croyde village, Down End point and over the dunes to the sea benefiting contemporary en suite shower room. Further bedroom with bunk beds once again to the front. Family bathroom recently re-fitted with modern suite giving a feeling of luxury, the bath has a contemporary electric shower fitted over.

To the second floor there is a further double bedroom with dormer window enjoying views over the surrounding hillsides and and twin room enjoying views over the village to Down End Hill and the sea with large wardrobe, flat screen TV with free view and Wii console, perfect for keeping the children entertained.

From the parking there is an enclosed courtyard perfect for small children to play while the adults are in the kitchen and this gives access to the kitchen/breakfast room. To the front is a wonderful south facing decked area accessed via the 'formal' entrance through the living room. This area is again fully enclosed to keep children safe and with table, chairs and BBQ. A real sun trap and perfect for sitting out on those summer evenings watching the sunset behind the dunes.
