The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the lounge, 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. This is a non-smoking villa and Pets are not welcome. May be suitable for partially disabled as a ground floor bedroom and w c are available... but wouldnt be suitable for wheelchair users.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony. If you are driving... there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Close to the villa you will find beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, shopping areas, restaurants and supermarket. The resort is only a 30 min transfer from Antalya airport... transfers can be arranged aswell as all travel arrangements and golf... Special rates for renters of this villa at a few of the golf courses.
