A charming traditional Greek 'Spitaki' in a quiet neighbourhood in Aegina Town. Close to shops and just a short stroll from the beach. This is a really lovely house in which you can enjoy a real Greek experience, far from the noisy tourist bars and apartments. Although it is not a very big house, it will accommodate up to eight people in three double bedrooms.

The property is accessed from the street through a pretty courtyard, which acts as an additional sitting room in the summer. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, a living room (with two divan beds), the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. External steps lead up to a balcony and a third bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The courtyard acts as a natural hub for this house, and is a good place to gather for meals, and to plan the day's activities. Inside the house has retained lots of original features, such as the floor tiles and traditional wooden shutters. The bedrooms are air conditioned, and there is wireless broadband internet, and a washing machine.

The kitchen is well equippped, and a filter has been added to the water supply so that it is possible to drink the tap water. As well as the air conditioning units there are fans to keep you cool, and for the colder months there is a wood burning stove and electric heaters. Beach and shops are two minutes away on foot.
