Green hills drop down to a bay where the water is of an intoxicating shade of turquoise, fringed with white beaches. This villa is one of a group of three semi-detached villas set on a headland with superb views over Lakka. It has its own large and very attractive swimming pool, and beautiful pool terrace with a corner viewpoint that will prove hard to get up and walk away from! Quiet beaches are just a short walk away.

The kitchen is attractively finished in pale wood, and is satisfactorily equipped. It incorporates a convenient dining area and links with the lounge area.

The living room opens on to a verandah with a superb view over Lakka and its bay.

The living room is quite simply furnished and is dominated by its view. Big sofas convert easily into extra sleeping accommodation for two guests or children.

There are two bedrooms located on the ground floor. A double and a twin. They are both air-conditioned. Both bathrooms are equipped with full bath and shower fitting.
