This stunning villa is constructed in such a way that it is moulded into the hillside and is situated 5 minutes from Loule and 10 minutes rom Almancil. It is perfectly secluded with magnificent views over the Algarvian countryside. Built to a very high standard, it has the cosy feel of a lived in farmhouse. The entrance hall leads into the enormous fully fitted dining kitchen with a wood burning fire. There is an extremely large lounge leading onto the pool terrace which overlooks the pool below and separate BBQ area.

There is a separate dining room with seating for 12 people. Satellite TV, telephone and stereo are included. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, but two of these can be locked off and let as a 4 bed villa if required except in the peak season. One twin bedroom leads to the terrace with en suite shower room, another twin bedroom has an en suite shower room and a further twin bedroom has a full bathroom. The master double bedroom leads onto the terrace overlooking the pool area below and has a small room with a single bed suitable for a child attached to it, as well as a full en suite bathroom.

The remaining two bedrooms are on the lower ground floor and these consist of twin beds with en suite bathrooms. They open out onto the garden below the villa. Stairs lead down from the pool terrace onto a fully enclosed garden elow which is perfectly safe for children to play in. A special feature of the villa is the maid who works for 3 hours each day (except Sunday) as well as being available for baby sitting or other duties by special arrangement.
