This recently refurbished and equipped terrace cottage has lovely views over the village and River's Taw and Torridge spanning out across to Braunton Burrows and Instow.

A short stroll to the quayside and numerous famous family pubs serving good food, shops, restaurants. With a plethora of art galleries to peruse, all are close by.

Enjoy the bygone village era and watch the fishing boats bring in their catch or take the 20 minute walk to Westward Ho!, with its two miles of golden sandy beach and Northam Burrows Country Park.

In the evenings, relax on the enclosed decking with seating and views, or enjoy a meal in one of the local pubs. Popular beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde are only a 30 minute drive away.

Recently refurbished the accommodation has original wooden floors throughout and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with lovely sea views, 1 twin and 1 single.
High chair & Travel Cot are available.

Luxury bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and WC. Well-equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

Large lounge/diner with TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 and patio doors to decking area. Enclosed garden area. Bed linen, electric and central heating included.
Street parking is usually available just outside the property or public car park just 100 metres.

South-West Coast Path, shops, art galleries and pubs all in easy walking distance.
