This villa sits on the side of a hill in it's own grounds of 4 acres which was once a vineyard, but is now surrounded by olive, carob, almond, Fig and palm trees. The villa has its own private heated swimming pool measuring 8m x 4.5m and is surrounded by large terraces with pool house providing al fresco dining for 10 persons, bbq, exterior shower and ample pool and patio furniture. Stairs leading down to the landscaped gardens which surround the house and to the front of the villa is a large private driveway with ample car parking.

The accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to large lounge/dining area, equipped with Satelitte TV, DVD, music centre, internet access and telephone. Wood burning stove for winter usage. Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all necessary electrical items. The washing machine is housed in a seperate utility area.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the ground floor, one large double room with en suite shower room, and two further twin rooms which share the family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobles, dressers, fans, radiators for winter use, and sliding doors which lead out to the pool area. On the first floor can be found the Master Bedroom with en suite full bathroom and with it's own balcony with views of the sea and countryside. Maid service provided 5 days per week - pool cleaning 2 days per week. Faro Airport 35 mins - Cot & High Chair available. Car Hire recommended for this Villa.
