The cottage is located on 10 acres of land which is kept as park land and goes right up to the sea. The cottage is within a short drive to many amenities: golf, adventure parks, Norwich the most complete medieval city standing today, Heritage houses, Train rides, boat tips, sailing, swimming, snorkeling, all water sports, bicycle rides. What ever you want to do, it is available in Norfolk.

All visitors can use and enjoy the land, from small people to the elderly. We have several miles of walks along the sea wall and yet are only a short distance from the Norfolk Broads.

If you would rather just chill out on the balcony, have a meal and a drink and just do nothing that is also available, as the park is very peaceful and restful, you can lie in late or be up with the larks. Norfolk weather June to September is pretty good, summer 2009 was wonderful, they say in a few years Norfolk will be growing grapes!
