This luxurious three bedroom villa on a hill overlooking Baie Rouge, is facing the sea, the far distant St Martin's mountains and the island of Anguilla. All the bedrooms have a post card sea view.

Since December 2006, a very large (315 square feet) beautiful Kitchen-Bar, facing the ocean, with gorgeous view has been created. Villa "Beaulieu" currently features three oversized bedroom suites. Two of the bedrooms have tumbled marble floor with very large ensuite marble bathroom, a private landscaped patio and a large private garden. Each bathroom also offers breathtaking ocean view. The third bedroom suite is also very private and charming, located in a separate cottage, overlooking a garden, with a large private terrace. A double living room opens on to a covered terrace for outside dining and living. Large heated swimming pool (50' x 20').

As of November 2007, Beaulieu has featured an additional very large fourth master suite with an incredible outstanding view.
