You’ll see the nearby islands of Balliceaux, Battowia and Mustique as you look out across the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. From this vantage point, it is not unheard of to witness a mother whale and her cub frolicking in the watery playground below. If you close your eyes you will hear birds chirping and tree frogs singing along with the rhythmic pounding of waves as they crash into Hope Bay.

The heart of this 6000 square-foot property is the great room, which encompasses the living and dining areas. This room literally “opens” up to the views through a series of five large tri-fold doors located on three sides of the room all leading to a generously-sized covered verandah - seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor living space. The living area is cool and light, with a spectacular vaulted Brazilian Ipe wood ceiling and architecturally designed Ipe floors. The room is elegantly and comfortably furnished with two over-sized white sofas, tables, lounge chairs and ottomans. A perfect place to retire at the end of a busy day and enjoy the ocean breezes while playing cards or board games with the family.

This villa has the ultimate entertaining and workspace for the aspiring chef. This large well-appointed professional kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A walk-in pantry stores a variety of small appliances and festive dinnerware. A large center island is the perfect place for guests to gather with a glass of wine while dinner is being prepared. Whatever the mood or the weather, guests can choose from three separate dining areas. The indoor dining area features a large mahogany dining table (seats 10) with fantastic ocean views. Outdoors by the lighted pool there is a covered dining area or you if you’d rather, you can choose to dine at a candlelit table under the stars.

The villa offers 3 luxurious air-conditioned bedrooms with a relaxing atmosphere - all with ocean views. Each bedroom opens out onto a private verandah – all with sun loungers and seating - a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Three bedrooms feature private outdoor showers, surrounded by private tropical gardens and ocean views – a special spot to cool and refresh after a day at the beach. Other high end amenities include 4-poster solid mahogany king beds, large private dressing rooms, breeze-filled private reading rooms, double vanities, roll-top desks, luxurious linens, iPod adapters, ceiling fans and comfortable wicker lounge chairs.

One of the bedrooms is well suited for children, as it has two twin beds and is decorated in fresh, fun Caribbean colors. There is also a pack n play portable crib available if needed.
