In Bigbury-on-Sea, a detached bungalow looking towards Burgh Island and the sea, just 150 yards up from the beach. At the front, large patio (table/chairs, barbecue, sea/island view) and enclosed lawned garden, with level drive at the back (outside storage area for surfboards/wetsuits etc and warm shower for rinsing sandy bodies); gentle slope or steps down from the drive to front door and lawn/patio.

Inside, roomy and made very comfy and modern. Hall; living room (woodburner) with great views over a few rooftops to the sea, big comfy leather sofas, TV/DVD (great selection of DVDs), iPod dock and window seats; large, light and airy kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with breakfast bar, sea view from dining end and bi-fold glazed doors to patio/garden; utility room (washing machine, tumble drier) and back door to garden. Three bedrooms – a double (5’ bed, TV/DVD) with en suite shower-room (suite), a twin (footboards), and a single plus pull-out truckle bed (limited clothes-hanging space). Bathroom (suite plus separate shower). This is an excellent home year-round for beaches, walking or just chilling out.
