The cottage is a three season rental, rents from Saturday to Saturday, one week minimum during mid and high season. One bedroom with full size bed, plus futon in living room. Living room has a gas fireplace. Kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, cutlery, microwave oven, gas stove and oven, refrigerator table and chairs. Back garden has a patio, table and chairs and gas grill, tiki torches and abundant flowers. Towels and linen provided weekly.

It is across the street from a private beach. The area is quiet, the house is immaculate, and the owners are on premises. Many activities nearby such as tour boats to Thimble Islands, casinos, kayaking, fishing, clamming.
