Sleeps up to 4 guests with one double bedroom and one double sofa bed in the lounge. There are 6 steps up to the main front door of the property and a further 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. Parking vouchers are available with this property for on street parking at £10.00 per day - please book in advance subject to availability. Meter parking is also available between 9am - 6pm, free parking in these bays between 6pm and 9am.

Living/Dining Room
The living room is filled with light and there is a lovely period fireplace. Two sofas will allow you to lounge in comfort, and one converts to a double bed, sleeping 2 guests. The flat screen TV is wall mounted allowing everyone to watch in comfort. If you want to catch up with the news over breakfast the TV will swivel to accommodate. There is a DVD player and MP3 or iPlayer can be routed through the speaker system. Also there is a CD player/Radio. Wi-Fi is available for those needing to work from home during their stay.

Kitchen
This intelligently designed kitchen is fully equipped with all you need for your stay. The clean lines mean this kitchen is a joy to use and a view of the gardens and St James’ Street continues here.

There is a romantic view across the rooftops towards the pier.

A newly fitted white and chrome bathroom suite tiled throughout, with thermostatic shower, heated towel rail and a large mirror with shelf below for all your toiletries.
