This beautiful 2nd floor apartment has two double bedrooms, a huge bathroom and an amazing kitchen with patio doors giving access to the roof terrace, perfect for that evening drink. There is a small double/large single sofa bed in the 2nd bedroom allowing this property to sleep a maximum of up to 6 guests. No single sex groups unless by prior arrangement.

Please note for groups over 4 there is an additional sofa bed supplement of £50. This is a 2nd floor apartment with 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. There is a small lift in this property. Parking vouchers are available with this property for on street parking at £10.00 per day - please book in advance subject to availability. Alternatively you can park in the resident bays from 8pm until 9am the following morning, and use street parking meters near by during the day.

The kitchen is light and airy, large and spacious, this kitchen has everything you will need for your self catering holiday. Dining table to seat up to 8 and patio doors leading out onto the roof terrace.

Double bedroom, the raised double allows you to enjoy the view without moving from your bed!
There is also a small double/large single sofa bed (124cm x 200cm/ 4' 1"x 6' 7") in this bedroom making it possible for this property to sleep up to 8 guests.

Bathroom
This bathroom is truly gorgeous, fabulous Aquamarine tiles, a huge bath with stained glass feature over head and large power shower. You may even find yourself creating your own home from home spa weekend, it's gorgeous!

There is also a very large wash hand basin in the bathroom itself and a toilet situated off the hallway.

Roof Terrace
Lovely roof terrace where you can happily enjoy an evening drink or healthy breakfast on the veranda. There is plenty of seating and a BBQ.
