General

Tucked away in one of Brighton's oldest twitten lanes, this property is superbly situated in the heart of the cities most fashionable shopping and dining district, the South Lanes. The row of three cottages along Black lion lane, are reputedly the oldest houses in Brighton, dating back to 1565.

Packed with original charm and character; this Grade II listed house is dotted with antique French wall sconces, ship style shutters and silver tankards, which give a nod to the property's decadent past. However the design (by TV’s interior designer Sophie Robinson) is both modern and eclectic making this property a truly original and stylish place to stay.

The petite proportions are celebrated with a dusky palette of dark slate grey, to create a cosy and intimate vibe. The rustic oak and reclaimed timber combine perfectly with the luxury slate tiled double shower wet room and all mod cons kitchen. This is the ideal place to lock yourselves away for the weekend. Should you wish to venture out, the very best in central Brighton's bars, restaurants and night-life are all on your doorstep and only 2 minutes to the beach itself!
