Located at top of the building, there are a few steps up to the front door, two flights of stairs to the second floor apartment front door. And 2 flights of stairs within the property. The roof terrace is accessed through double french doors from the spacious attic bedroom. Guests please be aware there is a low parapet wall, very low by modern standards. Clients use the balcony at their own risk and are urged to exercise caution. We believe the balcony is unsuitable for young children, adults be aware.
