Large triple bedroom with double bed and a further pull out bed to sleep 3 persons in total. Offers flexible arrangements of the beds, whether you are couples or single groups.

Balcony
A pretty regency bay balcony with French doors opening from the living room. Stunning views of the hustle and bustle of Brighton's seafront and of course the Palace Pier - great vistas by day or by night.

The perfect place to watch the many fantastic firework displays that take place on key events from the beach.
