Perfect for entertaining, located on the lower ground floor, this kitchen diner has vibrant contemporary styling with citrus green glossy units, sparkling copper & granite worktops and glamorous LED kick plate lights, glass splash backs together with a large dining table to seat 16 guests. The sparkling touch of mirror tiles ensure you can glam up your dining experience and celebrate in style! There is a cute terrace leading from the kitchen / diner ideal for the smokers in your group. A further entrance from the front of the house leads directly to this room.

Bedroom 1
A great room on the first floor with pretty Juliet balcony and marble surround fireplace. This room has one triple bunk and one set of single bunk beds to sleep 5 in total. Decorated with shimmering wallpaper and pavilion influenced décor, this is an elegant and charming room.

Bedroom 2
A beautifully vintage room with gold floral wallpaper. Antique wardrobe, upholstered headboards with chocolate brown silky throws and golden cushions. The black suede blackout blinds ensure you won't be awoken early in the morning! This bedroom is situated on first floor and has a set of custom built single bunk beds and a further double zip and link bed to sleep 4 guests in total.

Bedroom 3
This charming 2nd floor bedroom as double 'zip and link ' bed together with a further single bed to sleep 3 in total. Sumptuous styling with dark charcoal & cobalt walls, soft suede upholstered headboards and a black regency fireplace. On this floor there is a separate loo and basin.

Bedroom 4
A pretty petite bedroom with a double 'zip and link' bed to sleep 2 on the second floor. Regency fireplace, vintage plates and plumped cushions give this room a delicate and dainty atmosphere.

Bathrooms
There are 2 newly fitted plush contemporary bathrooms at this property. Family bathroom with bath and over head shower with basin and loo. Double shower pod with mosaic tiling with basin and loo on the ground floor. There is a further loo and basin on the top floor.

Terrace
A pretty patio terrace ideal for the smokers in your group! Doors lead from the kitchen / diner.

At this house, we would like to offer you the opportunity to pre-order a sumptuous meal to be delivered to your door whilst you relax and enjoy your stay. There is also the choice of a delicious Thai or Best of British!
