A real find in the centre of Brighton and so close to the Beach! One of our most luxurious properties, an exquisite & stylish 4 storey house sleeping up to 12 guests with a double sofa bed in the lounge, plus a fantastic roof terrace with views over the roof tops of Brighton - you can even see the famous West Pier across the chimney tops where the seagulls love to perch. Interior designed to an exceptional standard using stunning original wallpaper together with Farrow and Ball paints. There are 5 exquisitely styled bedrooms with delicious wallpaper and coordinating cushions, 2 with luxury en suite bathrooms, a further family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom.

In the large living room relax in the comfortable large sofas, surround sound and full Sky entertainment facilities. All bed linen and towels are included in the price. These are changed on a weekly basis. If you are staying for longer than a week we can arrange for the property to be cleaned for you. There are 6 steps up to the front door from street level.

Living Room
Wonderful open, bright living room with huge windows typical of this Regency property. Comfortable sofas with period fireplace, full-length mirror and artwork. Large flat screen TV with sky+, a DVD player and surround sound system. Double Sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests.

Kitchen/Dining
On the lower ground floor there is a very large, fabulous top spec kitchen with a sociable lounge/ dining area perfect for large groups. The gorgeous kitchen is fully kitted out with everything you need for your stay, crockery, glasses and cutlery together with full equipment. The large dining area has table and benches that can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. With a comfortable chaise longue and armchair, this is the perfect space to cook and relax with family and friends. There is also a TV and CD player. An additional utility area at the back of the kitchen provides more storage space, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is the added bonus of a small patio area accessed through double doors from the Kitchen, complete with table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.

Family Bathroom
Large bright master bathroom on the second mezzanine floor, with a bath and hand held shower, plus a shower cubicle, WC, handbasin and a heated towel rail.

Master Bedroom
A large glamorous boudoir on the first floor, with en-suite. A fabulous, contemporary crystal chandelier and bay windows overlooking the elegant quiet street outside. King size double bed accessorised with pretty throws and cushions. Huge built-in wardrobes and a chest of drawers for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home. There is also a full-length mirror, hair dryer and an additional TV. Contemporary, tiled en-suite with shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail. Plus a mirror with built-in clock so you can keep check on your glamour time!

Second Bedroom
This charming single bedroom on the first mezzanine floor is beautifully furnished with Egyptian cotton linen, silky throws and cushions. Shelving storage and hooks for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home.

Third Bedroom
Twin bedroom on the first floor, beautifully furnished with Egyptian cotton linen, silky throws and cushions. Wardrobe and drawers for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home. There is also a fully stocked bookshelf if you feel in need of a little quiet escapism!

Fourth Bedroom
Twin bedroom on the second floor beautifully furnished with Egyptian cotton linen, silky throws and cushions. Shelf space and drawers for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home. This room has zip & link beds so you have the choice of double or twin beds, please let us know your preference prior to your arrival.

Fifth Bedroom
Double bedroom on the second floor, beautifully furnished with Egyptian cotton linen, silky throws and cushions. A comfy window seat in which to put your feet up and watch the world go by. Mirrored wardrobe and a chest of drawers for your clothes and belongings whilst you are away from home. Contemporary, tiled en-suite with shower, WC, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Outside Areas
There is a roof terrace with patio table and chairs where you can relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset with rooftop views out to the sea and a bright little courtyard just off the kitchen with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ!
