The apartment has large sea facing windows overlooking the lawned garden which has a gate giving direct access to the coastal footpath, which in turn leads to the sandy beaches of St Jacut. The terrace is accessed by a sliding glass door, and is a real suntrap, perfect for sunbathing, watching the sun go down with a cold drink or eating fresh croissants in the morning. Located in the village, you can easily walk to a good bakers, small shop and a number of good bistros and restaurants.

Newly fitted out and decorated in summer 2009, the apartment is available to let all year. The apartment has been decorated in a light simple style, with a modern kitchen, bathroom and new appliances. Central heating and modern insulation make the apartment a comfortable base at any time of the year. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a large open plan living area leading to a dining area with corner kitchen with dishwasher. French windows to terrasse with table and chairs. Bathroom with bath, sink unit and washing machine. Separate WC.

Outside, there is a shared lawned back garden with direct access to the coastal footpath and access to sandy beaches.
