The cottage is situated right on the Cornish Coastal Footpath, approximately 2 miles from the historic wreckers’ town of Bude on Northcott Bay, a west facing beach much loved by local surfers.The beach has large rounded stones at the top but, as the tide retreats, it reveals acres of soft sand. The property is surrounded by a wooden fence to ensure privacy, has a sundeck and barbeque and is equipped with garden furniture.
