Brilliantly positioned in Bude - 200 yards walk across grass and dunes from magnificent Summerleaze beach and boat trips, and 100 yards from shops - a ground-floor flat in a large Victorian terraced house beside a cul-de-sac (private parking). The owners live upstairs. Small enclosed front garden (sea views).

Inside, spacious rooms, convenient. Hall (washing machine, tumble drier in cupboard); living/dining room (TV/DVD) with dining table in bay window (sea views - just); fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, double oven). Three bedrooms – a double plus two single beds, another double with shower and washbasin, and a twin. Cloakroom with loo (washbasin). Bathroom (suite plus bath-shower).

There were six of us, all under 25, who booked and stayed in a lovely ground floor appartment in Bude. It was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. It was just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views and even closer to all the shops. The owner was friendly and helpful as well as very accommodating.
