This is a two storey house with huge open plan L shaped kitchen living and dining area with wood burning stove and two patio doors leading to deck and dunescape communal garden. The downstairs has a cloakroom and laundry room.

The first floor has two double bedroom suites. One with en-suite shower room and the other with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have small balconys over looking the dunescape. Up the stairs again to a large family bathroom and two further bedrooms, one with twin beds the other a double.

Linen is included and pets are welcome but please note the dunescape is communal and the boundary to the develpoment has no fencing.
