This residence is designed with a casual holiday area and three types of accommodation nestled in a tropical garden situated at halfway between the village of Cap Malheureux and the busy Grand Bay with its numerous boutiques and restaurants.

The residence aims at creating the real Mauritian atmosphere with the charm of its buildings, its luxurious accommodation, its shady verandas and its colorful tropical garden.

The swimming pool of 333 m², conceived as two basins in organic forms linked up by a stream crossing a wooden bridge thus creating an oasis in the heart of the project.

The terrace of swimming pool ends, on three kiosks for the customers’ use.

STUDIO - 1 bedroom Apartment

- Studios of 20 m² - accommodating max 2 persons
Separated or appended to the Penthouse or to the Duplex apartment (with independent access) consisting of a kitchenette, a retractable table for meals and a wardrobe. The Studio is supplemented by an en-suite shower room.
