This villa has been recently renovated and much care has been taken to ensure that each bedroom benefits from access to the garden, access to balconies and the sea view. The property is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace. This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms. This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond. The lower level of the house is all accommodation. There are four ensuite bedrooms.

Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors. The last of the bedrooms is actually housed in a completely separate apartment. This apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a modern food preparation area. It could ideally be used for an au pair or for teenage children who might want to be slightly separate. However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation. Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space.

The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below. The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is also not overly large, but it is large enough to swim lengths. Another wonderful feature is the Swedish sauna, which offers the perfect remedy to a stressful day of shopping or sightseeing! In all, Geneva Way is a super location for a larger group travelling together, be it family, friends or a production crew.
