This bungalow is one of few in Clifton situated right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the sea, which is just a narrow strip of white beach sand away. The bungalow is also the only property located right above a small and slightly separate sandy beach divided from the internationally renowned and stunningly beautiful Clifton “Fourth” and “Third” beaches to either side of the property by huge granite boulders. The bungalow compromises of three bedrooms, two with extra king-size beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a massage bath and there is also a large jacuzzi bath in the main bedroom overlooking the beach, where you can sip champagne and listen to the sea as the lights twinkle in the evening.

There is also a shower room in another third bathroom, and an outside shower for when you come in from the beach. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. The lounge is large and cool, with tropical trees near the windows and two overhead fans to circulate the breeze. The dining room seats six, and leads out onto a rim-flow pool which has a great view out over the beach. Adjacent to the dining room is the sunset bar which slides open for entertaining.

The kitchen contains all the modern appliances, washing machines, tumble dryer, dishwasher, micro, hob, oven, and even an ice-maker in the Gaggenau fridge/freezer. There are eight barstools for casual dining and five sun-loungers on the decks (3 downstairs & 2 upstairs).
