The villa has a large lounge/diner with satellite TV and English channels. The lounge has patio doors leading out onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. There is air con in the lounge. The kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, full cooker, microwave and all essentials. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and air con.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and seperate full bathroom. There is also a small cloackroom with wc and wash hand basin. The villa has an alarm, security gates and a safe. Outside the villa is secluded and has very pretty gardens and sea views from the roof terrace. There is a charcoal BBQ and seating area and plenty of other patio furniture including sun-loungers and parasols.

The beach is a pleasant stroll and is one of the nicest beaches on the Algarve. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the villa but no nearby shop, a car is needed for this villa.
