Upstairs, the open plan living area is flooded with light through the huge glass windows that open out onto the balcony. Guests' will delight in lapping up the dramatic coastal views and slowing to the pace of Cornwall.

Located off the open plan living area, the balcony seats six in comfort and provides a superb spot to eat outside together whatever the time of day.... morning breakfast, an evening meal or an indulgent Cornish cream tea in the afternoon. The far reaching sea views from Carbis Bay beach, across Hayle Towans and on to Trevose Head and Godrevy Lighthouse, provide a stunning setting.

Although there is no grass to this garden, the paved driveway provides an ideal position to enjoy an al fresco tipple. With seating for six, the sub-tropical planters provide a relaxed area making it a relaxing space to take in the view.

Being open plan to the living area, the bespoke kitchen boasts a great outlook through the living area to the balcony and out to sea. The combination of high gloss units and oak floors are tied together beautifully with an imported Italian polished quartz work surface. There is an excellent range of built in appliances providing everything one could need in a luxury self catering house: An oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and a separate freezer. Guests' will also find a great selection of gadgets and utensils provided to help them create a feast using our wonderful fresh Cornish produce.

There is a separate utility room housing a washer/dryer, airer and ironing board with iron.
