You may be lucky and see the seals or dolphins that regularly visit Carbis Bay beach, but we guarantee that whatever the time of the year, you will enjoy the view across to St. Ives or to Godrevy Lighthouse and the North Cornwall coastline. The landscaped garden is provided for the benefit of all the apartments and is only for use by the rabbits and birds.

One car parking space is allocated within the electronic security gates, for additional spaces within the gates, the management company charge per week is £45.
