Just some steps are taking you down to the white sandy beach, one of the most beautifull beaches of St. Maarten, 1 mile long with beautiful coral reefs with colourful fishes and live corals. This beach jewel has gorgeous 360 degrees views of the pool deck with Security glass rail and the ocean directly to St Barths, the Oyster Pond Marina and the hill. Two Beach Bars with perfect service are available.

The beach house is about 7 mtrs higher than the Ocean. That provides a marvellous view for you. The first and second floor can be rented with 5 bedrooms as villa with private pool deck in front of the first floor. The separate ground floor can be rented as a condo with 4-5 bedrooms with the second pool. The pools have high quality coating with Diamond Brite and the water has the same colour as the Ocean where the colours are nicest – close to the beach. Or all together can be rented as a villa with 9-10 bedrooms. Between the pool decks there is a removeable wooden wall. Nice tiling at the pool deck and stairways mixed with sealed real beach sand, shells and corals: you are on the beach once you open the door. Nice tiling in beach color. A Jacuzzi with 24 hours hot water is available on that property. Another completely private 4 bedroom villa next door can be also rented.

3 Beach Bars, Grocery, Restaurants, Casino, Spa are in walking distance. To make your stay here perfect, a TV, CATV, DVD, tape/CD/MP3-player, WiFi and completely equipped kitchens are provided. Comfortable furnished and decorated in Caribbean style. Relaxing rattan chairs with wheels. Inside and outside dining. Gas BBQ. Great waterfront restaurants, diving, fishing, boat charter and day trips to neighboring islands like St. Barths, Anguilla, Tintamare, Pinel, Saba. On the pool decks you can choose between sun and shadow. Indoor and outdoor is a nice relaxing colourfull LED lighting. The bath rooms have 24 hours LED spot.

It can be rented from just 1 person or couple or also from large families or groups up to 32 people. Some rooms have sliding walls for large families or groups. All bedrooms and studios have air conditions. The advantage in comparison with other villas are the air conditioning also in the living, cooking and dining area. If rooms have a sliding wall then you will get 2 air conditioners. The bedrooms have king size or queen size beds. The studios and the apartment have comfortable queen size sofa beds. For a small extra fee of $100 per week they can be changed into regular beds.

The First Floor has 2 bath rooms – one with 2 doors, 1 bedroom, 1 apartment with sliding wall and 1 studio. It can sleep 4 - 10 people.
The Second Floor has 2 bath rooms – one with 2 doors, 1 bedroom and 2 studios. It can sleep 4 - 8 people.
The Ground Floor has 3 bath rooms – two with 2 doors and one with 3 doors, 2 studios and 3 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed. Two bedrooms have a sliding wall. They are equipped with kingsize size bed plus futon and queen size bed plus queen size sofa sleeper.
The Ground Floor can sleep 6 - 14 people. Additional roll aways are available on request. For very large groups another 4 bedroom villa next door can be also rented.
Several great waterfront restaurants, diving, fishing, boat charter and day trips to neighboring islands are near by.

Staying at the Caribbean beach paradise was a dream vacation for me and my 3 daughters.
Everything was available for us to enjoy with every amenity you could think of and Hans was always on top of things being more than attentive and wanting our experience to be excellent, if we had any questions or concerns, Hans was there!
The property is located on a quiet stretch of beach and the pool was always warm...... not to mention the Jacuzzi that complimented our daily swims. The maintenance was exceptional and the condo was kept well clean by our sweetie Pauline.
We have been to St. Maarten before and hope to return to Caribbean Beach Paradise.
