This holiday villa is designed and built to a very high standard. Extremely spacious with excellent quality fixtures and fittings. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The two upstairs bedrooms share a large upstairs terrace with 180 degree view of the mountains and countryside leading to a distant sea view.

This fabulous villa is only available when the owners are overseas. A maid service is included and a gardening and pool cleaning service comes weekly. A welcome pack is included in the rental and consists of, red and white wine, cheese, ham, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, biscuits and fresh fruit. A well equipped kitchen which consists of two ovens, gas and elec. appliances including a lava grill and microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. The American fridge has a filtered ice and water dispenser and is safe to drink. The 11m x 5m swimming pool is solar heated and has extensive sunbathing terracing and quality sun loungers.

The Villa is situated at Quinta dos Salicos 5 minute drive from Carvoeiro Village, Vale do Milho Golf Course,
the nearest beach and a large supermarket. Gramacho and Pinta Golf, Slide and Splash water park are a
10 minute drive away. There are a couple of Restaurants within walking distance, with more choice nearer
to Carvoeiro Village, so the benefit of car hire is recommended. This is a very select away from it all area
yet within minutes of all the local attractions and amenities.

Carvoeiro is a small fishing village with a quaint beach, numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, beauty salons, doctors, chemist and tourist information centre. Various other beaches are to be found along the coast with picturesque coves, cliff top walks and stunning scenery. The Historical town of Silves is a 15 minute drive away with its walled castle and cobbled streets, well worth the visit.

Fabulous Villa

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in August 2011. The Villa has all the facilties you would need for a fabulous holiday. The children loved the pool, garden and mini tennis. The villa is not far from Cavereiro only 6 euros in a taxi and Cavereiro has a lovely beach and some great restaurants. I would thoroughly recommend the villa to anyone. The representative was also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
