This is a charming ancient house overlooking the sea and the main beach of Positano. It sleeps five people. From the house you will enjoy a wonderful view of Positano and of the sea. The house is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a private see-view terrace and air conditioning. You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the local bus at 500 meters (1640 feet). You will reach the house from the beach going up a short public walkway that includes approximately 90 stairway steps.

You will not need a car to stay here. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot. The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano and of the sea.

The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. They include a wickerwork sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is also a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has two large panoramic windows with a view of the sea and of the coastline.
