Located in the tranquil village of Kingsland which is twinned with the village Cawsand just a mile away, the setting is unique for this three bedroom cottage, originally built out of a shipwreck, that will accommodate six people just above the beach.

Obviously some restoration has been achieved since those days, but all the character has been retained now mixed with modern amenities. Pubs galore and a walker’s paradise, one for the nature lovers among you and those who like a special ale.
