At the rear of the cottage is a pleasant kitchen/dining room with smart fitted units, country pine dining furniture and a rear stable door opening out to the private terrace.

Carpeted stairs lead up from the sitting room to a landing, a bathroom with hand basin and shower over the bath, a separate W.C. and three attractive bedrooms. At the front is a large bedroom with zip linked beds giving the option of two singles or a 6ft double with windows overlooking the beach and far out to sea, a view shared with a light and airy single bedded room. Facing the rear, a kingsize double bedroom in a restful decor completes the accommodation. To one side of the cottage, a couple of steps lead up to a secluded sun terrace which has a slight drop down to the path and there is also a useful former boathouse available for storage of bicycles and beach gear. It is possible to unload outside the property but parking is in the village car park less than 5 minutes walk away.
