These well designed luxurious villas are situated close to the sea, 2 minutes walk from the minimarket. Paphos Town and bars and restaurants at Tombs of the Kings are a 5 minute drive, and Paphos Airport transfer time is 25 minutes. They make the perfect base for a relaxing holiday, with local bars and restaurants nearby, and there is something to suit all ages here.

A major attraction for this property is that our clients can use all the facilities of the Akti Tourist Village opposite which include gym, Minimarket, bar, restaurant and pools. The Serina cocktail bar there offers evening entertainment from karaoke to quiz nights and clients say the atmosphere is fabulous and enjoyed the Elvis show. The entertainer at Akti is called Adil and he brings hilarity to anything he is involved in. Lara gets the aqua gym going everyday and "stretchy stretchy" is a gentle way to clear the head after the previous nights frivolities. As well as this you can change money there.

We have 6 x 3 bedroomed villas here, and 5 x 2 bedroomed villas next door. Each villa has its own private pool.
