This villa sits on a quiet cul de sac of 14 similar villas tucked behind the main strip of the bustling resort of Coral Bay. This two storey villa has its own private pool and enclosed garden area. The open plan ground floor consists of the living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished with sofas, a coffee table, television (limited satellite channels), DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The dining table comfortably seats 6. Patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace.

The villa has a twin bedded room on the ground floor with its own en-suite shower room. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor, a master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms share the large balcony which overlooks the pool area and out towards the sea. Air conditioning units are provided in all three bedrooms and the living area. A baby cot and camp bed can be provided.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, a BBQ, poolside shower, table and chairs.
