The villa has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, Satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and mini Hi-Fi system. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seats 8 people. A seperate guest cloakroom is located on the ground floor.

The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. One double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms which share the full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating purposes*

From the living area patio doors lead to a terraced area for outside dining and the 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Around the pool four sunbeds, umbrellas, table and chairs and a barbecue are provided. Private parking is available.

Please note: This villa is not available to single sex groups (ie. Families only).
