Corfu 3 bed holiday house with sea views situated in an excellent position just off the waterfront at Agios Stephanos. This newly renovated villa is finished to a very high standard of comfort and convenience. It is located just a few metres back from the harbour and has delightful views looking across the bay to Albania opposite. With a selection of mini-markets close by, and a choice of four very pleasant tavernas for a relaxed evening meal, it would be hard to equal the position of this house.

The villa has a sun lounge - virtually a 'solarium' - that leads into a kitchen (with separate utility room), dining and lounge area. There is one bedroom downstairs, and two more upstairs, reached by internal stairs. All bedrooms have en suite shower/bathrooms. The house also benefits from a large and very attractive terrace on the first floor, with fine views.

On the ground floor there is a sun lounge, accessed from the spacious front terrace by large picture windows. Comfortable bamboo furniture completes the sunny aspect of this room. The downstairs front terrace has a very pleasant feel to it, and is surrounded by handsome wrought iron railings. The house is very close to the harbour-front and from the terrace there is a fine view.
