The villa is close to the beach yet enjoys a shared pool. The villa has been fitted to the highest standard and includes: air conditioning, satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher and washing machine), double-glazed windows and doors and a safe for your valuables.

The front door opens directly into the very stylish and tastefully furnished living/dining area. The kitchen is to the right with the third bedroom off and to the right. There is also a shower room on this level. A spiral staircase leads up to a very spacious landing from which the further two bedrooms and bathroom radiate.

The villa is reached from it's private parking area below via a short flight of stone steps directly onto the pool terrace. The villa faces the sparkling kidney-shaped swimming pool which is set into the terrace - just a couple of steps away from that early morning swim! With plenty of room for sunbeds you may never want to venture further!
