Set on a green hillside overlooking the village and harbour of Kassiopi, it has a lovely, quiet setting, but is no more than a few minutes drive away from all the amenities of Kassiopi itself.

The villa is surrounded by an extensive olive grove, lending it an enviable amount of privacy and offering the opportunity for a gentle stroll in the shade. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished with the fireplace being the focal point. French windows lead out to the sea-facing balcony with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
