A very stylish villa sleeping up to six, it enjoys a quiet location that overlooks breathtaking views of the nearby resort of up-market Saint Stephanos, and on across the sea to the mountains of Albania. The accommodation is distributed over two floors, and particular attention has been given to making this a villa suitable for family parties of mixed ages. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and en suite bathrooms, with one bedroom on the ground floor.

There is a delightful private swimming pool surrounded by ample paved space for sunbathing, all with uninterrupted views over the sea. The villa has several pleasant outdoor areas for relaxing quietly, the shady terrace by the front door has a table and chairs, while the two upstairs bedroom open on to a wonderful wrap-around covered terrace with even more heavenly sea views.

The pool has been designed with children in mind, and parents will be pleased to find how child-friendly it is. Rails with gates can be set up if required, preventing direct child access to the pool.
