This lovely, 1920's beach house enjoys stunning views of the Atlantic and has direct access to the beach, as well as an enclosed, south-facing garden with barbeque facilities, a large trampoline and outdoor shower. Inside, there is a woodburning stove, a large satellite TV / DVD / WII player and dining for 6-8 people. For readers, there is a well-stocked library.

The village shops, pubs, cafes and excellent 'Blue Plate Restaurant' are all a few minutes walk away. Walkers can also join the south-west coastal path from the garden and various National Trust properties, such as Mount Edgcumbe, Lanhydrock and Cotehele, are close by. Other local attractions include the Eden Project, the National Aquarium, the Tate Gallery St Ives and the historic cities of Plymouth, Truro and Falmouth. Off road parking is provided.

The neighbouring property, which sleeps 7-8 people, can also be booked at extra cost. Price on application.
