Leading off the hallway is a light and attractive kingsize bedroom with an en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin and a glazed door with two steps down to a lovely railed sun terrace where you can absorb all the sounds of the boats entering the harbour and the birdlife circling overhead.

A short flight of stairs leads up to a clean and crisp bedroom with full size 3ft bunk beds and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and a half size bath tub. From the hall a carpeted staircase winds up to a bright and sunny gallery style living room with a leather suite facing an electric flicker flame fire with slate hearth, a window with sea and harbour views and a dining area arranged in one corner set before a full length window offering stunning views of the estuary and the various water activities. Off to one side, a couple of steps lead up to a large, recently refurbished and well equipped fitted kitchen which enjoys the same superb views of the sea.
