This reverse level converted timber clad building has been cleverly designed by the owners and presented in excellent order. The main living space is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable sofas and a dining area. It is an ideal cottage for a larger family with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a fourth bed area on the mezzanine floor with a futon bed which could easily convert to a retreat for the kids. It would also be great for a couple looking for a bit more space in the middle of St Mawes. There is a great little patio garden just in front of the property which gets sun for most of the day, but is particularly great in the mornings.
