Tavern beach is literally a few steps from your front door and the harbour is a short stroll away along the seafront. The cottage also benefits from a superb private rear garden which is terraced away from the house. The whole property offers a wonderful place to relax, unwind and enjoy the sea air!

The entrance to the cottage is directly from the waterfront road through a porch into the lounge area with wonderful views across the bay. The dining room has a large table with further views to the front. To the rear is a good sized kitchen, fully fitted and complete with an Aga, plus a conventional oven and electric hob. There is access to the private back garden from here. A further utility room and ground floor WC is accessed from the lounge where there is also a door to the back garden. The first floor has a superbly fitted travertine wet room with shower and a separate bathroom. The bedrooms all have views across the bay and the double & twin both have good sized wardrobes.
