Utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and shower cubicle. Stairs up to open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with granite worktops, oak floor, woodburner.

Geat use of beautiful Carpenter Oak beam-work and floor-to-ceiling windows filling the room with sunlight; glazed doors open to large balcony enhancing the feeling of space and light – and fabulously serene views to the sea. Also double bedroom with that great view and en suite loo/washbasin. Village shop/PO, 400 yards. Arrival after 3.30pm. Lovely house at any time of year.
